Directorate Appointment
The Board of Gresham House is pleased to announce that Mr Stephen Ackerman has
been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 21
June 2010.
Mr Ackerman is an experienced investment manager, having served as Investment
Director on the Board of Petchey (Holdings) Plc until March 2008.
Mr Ackerman was a Director of Hanover International Plc from August 2003 to
March 2008 and Headway Plc from December 2004 to March 2008.
There is no other information required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph
9.6.13R of the Listing Rules.
