EBT Share Purchase
The Company was notified on 12 August 2022 that Intertrust Employee Benefit Trustee Limited, the trustee of the Gresham House Plc Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"), had purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 864.25 pence per Ordinary Share on 12 August 2022. These Ordinary Shares are to be held in the EBT and are intended to be used to satisfy the exercise of share options by the Company's employees. The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of the Company's employees, including the Directors of the Company. The purchase of Ordinary Shares by the EBT has been funded by a loan provided by the Company from its existing cash resources.
Following this transaction, a total of 76,060 Ordinary Shares are held by the EBT, representing approximately 0.20 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
