Exercise of Warrants
Gresham House, (AIM: GHE) the specialist alternative asset manager, notifies that application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM ("Admission") for 113,700 new Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company pursuant to the exercise of 24,700 shareholder warrants and 89,000 supporter warrants at an exercise price of 323.27p per share. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company. Admission of the new Ordinary Shares is expected on 5 April 2019.
Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 25,103,270 Ordinary Shares, which figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. In addition, the Company will have 840,053 shareholder warrants and 680,000 supporter warrants in issue.
