Exercise of options
Gresham House plc announces that following the exercise of options on 24th July
2008 under the Company's Approved Share Option Scheme it has issued 5,000
Ordinary Shares of 25p each at 337.5p.
Application is being made to the UK Listing Authority for these 5,000 new
Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London
Stock Exchange's market for listed securities. It is hoped that dealings in
these shares can begin on Monday 4th August 2008.
As a result of the above the issued share capital of the Company has increased
to 4,881,880 ordinary shares of 25p each.
