Results of Annual General Meeting
The Company announces that all of the resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today were passed.
Further to the announcement by the Company on 21 March 2019 in which the Company announced that Aberdeen Standard Investments ("ASI") would be subscribing for 1,309,598 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), and following the passing of resolution 9 at the Annual General Meeting, Gresham House will issue and allot the Ordinary shares to an affiliate of ASI. Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM ("Admission") for the 1,309,598 Ordinary Shares. Admission of the Ordinary Shares is expected to be on 22 May 2019.
Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 26,511,953 Ordinary Shares, which figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
