Save as You Earn Scheme and PDMR Shareholding Notifications

Gresham House, the specialist alternative asset manager, is pleased to announce the establishment of a Save As You Earn share scheme ("SAYE") for all its permanent employees.

SAYE

In order to align as many Gresham House employees with the interests of shareholders, eligible employees were invited to subscribe for a limited number of options over the Company's Ordinary Shares. SAYE allows employees to acquire ordinary shares through a monthly subscription limited to £500 per employee per month. The right to acquire the Ordinary Shares subscribed for is conditional upon continued employment on or after June 2021.

We are pleased that a significant number of employees have elected to participate in the SAYE scheme.

Senior management and PDMR's have purchased, in aggregate, SAYE options over 17,731 Ordinary Shares as follows:

PDMR Shareholding notifications

The Company announces that it has today been notified that on 3 July 2018 Kevin Acton Acton sold 1,587 Ordinary Shares and subsequently acquired 1,599 Ordinary Shares through his ISA.

The Company also announces that it has received notification on 2 July 2018 that, John-Paul Preston, PDMR of the Company, has sold 28,764 shares at a price of 434 pence per share.
