Share Capital Reduction
Gresham House (AIM: GHE), the specialist alternative asset manager, is pleased to announce that the proposed reduction of capital of the Company (the "Capital Reduction"), which was approved by the Company's shareholders at its Annual General Meeting on 12 May 2021, was sanctioned by the High Court of England and Wales (the "Court") on 29 June 2021. The order of the Court confirming the Capital Reduction, and the statement of capital approved by the Court in connection therewith, were sent to the Registrar of Companies on 1 July 2021. The Capital Reduction will become effective upon the registration of the order of the Court by the Registrar of Companies, which is expected to take place shortly.
The Company confirms that, following the Capital Reduction, the issued share capital of the Company remains at 32,945,875 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"); there are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company also remains at 32,945,875.
