Director's Sharedealings
The company announces today the following share
transactions and options involving directors.
ORDINARY SHARES
On 17 July S J Green transferred by way of a gift 100,000
ordinary share of 5p each to Andrew Walton-Green and
50,000 ordinary shares each to the two children of Andrew
Walton-Green.
In addition, on 17 July, Andrew Walton-Green purchased
10,000 ordinary shares in the company for 25p each.
As a result of these transactions the interests of these
directors in the ordinary shares of the company is as
follows:
Mr S J Green has a beneficial interest in 4,965,473
ordinary shares of 5p each representing 11.266% of the
issued ordinary share capital.
Mr A J S Walton-Green has a beneficial interest in
420,465 ordinary shares of 5p each representing 0.95% of
the issued ordinary share capital.
SHARE OPTIONS
Options held by Dean Osman over 50,000 ordinary shares
beneficially held by SJ Green were cancelled on 17 July.
SJ Green granted further options over shares that he
beneficially holds as follows:
To Andrew Walton-Green options over 250,000 ordinary
shares at an exercise price of 25 pence per share which
are exercisable from 18 July 2001 until 17 July 2006.
To Dean Osman options over 100,000 ordinary shares at an
exercise price of 55 pence per share which are
exercisable from 18 July 2001 until 17 July 2004.
The total options over ordinary shares (including those
previously notified) now held by Andrew Walton-Green and
Dean Osman are as follows:

12,187 options over shares under the Company's Save As
You Earn Scheme.
205,000 options over shares under the Company's Executive
Share Option Schemes.
100,000 options over shares beneficially held by S J
Green.
Andrew Walton-Green
30,157 options over shares under the Company's Save As
You Earn Scheme.
557,897 options over shares under the Company's Executive
Share Option Schemes.
250,000 options over shares beneficially held by S J
Green.
