Gresham Computing plc today announces that 557,897
options over ordinary shares of 5p each at an exercise
price of 36 pence have been granted to Andrew Walton-
Green (Chief Executive) and that 80,000 options over
ordinary shares of 5p at an exercise price of 36 pence
have been granted to Dean Osman (Finance Director) under
the Company's 1998 executive share option scheme. Both
executives have agreed to reimburse the Company for any
employers national insurance arising at the date of
exercise of the options.
Following the grant of these options the notifiable
interests of the two directors are as follows:
Andrew Walton-Green holds a notifiable interest of
210,465 ordinary shares representing 0.48% of the issued
ordinary shares held in his wife's name, 42,525
preference shares also held in his wife's name and
557,897 options over ordinary shares.
Dean Osman holds a notifiable interest of 5,942 ordinary
shares representing 0.013% of the issued share capital,
options over a total of 205,000 ordinary shares granted
under the Company's executive share option schemes,
12,187 options granted under the Company's Save As You
Earn Scheme and options over 50,000 ordinary shares held
by SJ Green.
