Gresham is pleased to note the following extract from an announcement made today
by TietoEnator:



'London/Oslo, 25 April 2005; TietoEnator, a leading global provider of IT
services and solutions for the finance industry in Northern Europe, today
announced an agreement with Cable & Wireless to support its Real Time Nostro
(RTN) direct service. The agreement will enable users of TietoEnator's new
ProLiquidity Bank solution to calculate liquidity positions in real time
utilising account data from Cable & Wireless RTN.'
