The issuer has made the following amendment to the SAYE Share Options
announcement released on 11 September 2000 at 14.46 under RNS No 7406Q.
As a result of a final rounding down calculation that the options granted
at a price of 23 pence to A Walton-Green and S W Purchase under the
company's SAYE scheme on 8 September 2000 are 30,157 each rather than the 30,214
previously stated.
All other details remain unchanged.

Gresham Computing plc
Gresham Computing plc announced today that on 8 September
it had granted in total 1,156,826 options to purchase
ordinary shares of 5p each at a price of 23 pence per
share under the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme.
Pursuant to the SAYE scheme options to purchase 30,157
ordinary shares at a price of 23 pence each were granted
to directors S W Purchase and A Walton-Green.
Andrew Walton-Green commented that he was delighted with
the continued commitment of Gresham staff to the company,
which resulted in the offering being over-subscribed.
