The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 111 Park Street, Mayfair, London W1K 7JL on 18 March 2014 at 10:30 a.m.

The Company will today post its Notice of AGM, together with its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial period ended 30 September 2013, to shareholders. These documents will shortly be available on the Company's website at http://www.groundrentsincomefund.com/.
