Grupo Clarín S.A. Announces Cancellation of the Listing and Admission to Trading of the Global Depositary Shares Representing Class B Shares of its Common Stock from the London Stock Exchange

 

Further to its press release of 22 November 2023, Grupo Clarín S.A. ("the Company") announces that earlier today (a) the UK Financial Conduct Authority cancelled the listing of the Global Depositary Shares (with ISIN US40052A4076 and ISIN US40052A3086) representing the class B shares of common stock of the Company (the "GDSs") from the Official List, and (b) the London Stock Exchange cancelled the admission of the GDSs to trading on the Main Market.
