TREASURY SHARES - CANCELLATION

Qatar Investment Fund plc (the "Company") announces that the 25,000 shares purchased on 21 March 2013, the 19,975 shares purchased on 25 March 2014, the 15,000 shares purchased on 26 March 2013, the 20,000 shares purchased on 09 April 2013, the 30,000 shares purchased on 11 April 2013, the 30,000 shares purchased on 12 April 2013, the 21,630 shares purchased on 16 April 2013, the 56,600 shares purchased on 18 April 2013, the 20,000 shares purchased on 23 April 2013 and the 31,609 shares purchased on 23 April 2013 have been cancelled in accordance with the Company's treasury share policy published on 15 July 2010. Following the cancellation, the Company now holds 4,460,007 shares in treasury.

The Company's issued share capital comprises 155,255,350 ordinary shares with voting rights with a further 4,460,007 shares held in treasury.

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company's total number of shares with voting rights therefore remains unchanged at 155,255,350.
