TREASURY SHARES - CANCELLATION

Qatar Investment Fund plc (the "Company") announces that the 30,000 shares purchased on the 26 April 2013, 30,000 shares purchased on 01 May 2013, the 42,500 shares purchased on 01 May 2013, the 10,000 shares purchased on 03 May 2013, the 14,657 shares purchased on 09 May 2013, the 10,000 shares purchased on 10 May 2013, the 20,000 shares purchased on 14 May 2013, the 20,000 shares purchased on 15 May 2013, the 40,000 shares purchased on 16 May 2013, the 20,000 shares purchased on 17 May 2013,  the 50,000 shares purchased on 21 May 2013, the 20,000 shares purchased on 24 May 2013 , the 29,999 shares purchased on 28 May 2013, the 20,000 shares purchased on 29 May 2013, the 20,000 shares purchased on 30 May 2013 and the 50,000 shares purchased on 31 May 2013, have been cancelled in accordance with the Company's treasury share policy published on 15 July 2010. Following the cancellation, the Company now holds 4,097,851 shares in treasury.

The Company's issued share capital comprises 155,190,350 ordinary shares with voting rights with a further 4,097,851 shares held in treasury.

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company's total number of shares with voting rights therefore remains unchanged at 155,190,350.
