TREASURY SHARES - CANCELLATION

Qatar Investment Fund plc (the "Company") announces that the 10,000 shares purchased on 01 November 2013, the 10,000 shares purchased on 04 November 2013, the 10,000 shares purchased on 05 November 2013, the 10,000 shares purchased on 06 November 2013, the 1,415 shares purchased on 07 November 2013, the 10,000 shares purchased on 08 November 2013, the 10,000 shares purchased on 11 November 2013, the 10,000 shares purchased on 12 November 2013,  the 10,000 shares purchased on 13 November 2013, the 10,000 shares purchased on 14 November 2013,  the 10,000 shares purchased on 15 November 2013,  the 10,000 shares purchased on 18 November 2013, the 10,000 shares purchased on 20 November 2013,  the 10,000 shares purchased on 21 November 2013,  the 15,000 shares purchased on 22 November 2013, the 10,000 shares purchased on 25 November 2013, the 10,000 shares purchased on 26 November 2013, the 10,000 shares purchased on 27 November 2013, the 10,000 shares purchased on 28 November 2013 and the 10,000 shares purchased on 29 November 2013, have been cancelled in accordance with the Company's treasury share policy published on 15 August 2010. Following the cancellation, the Company now holds 1,463,543 shares in treasury.

The Company's issued share capital comprises 154,776,013 ordinary shares with voting rights with a further 1,463,543 shares held in treasury.

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company's total number of shares with voting rights therefore remains unchanged at 154,776,013.
