TREASURY SHARES - CANCELLATION

Qatar Investment Fund plc (the "Company") announces that the 10,000 shares purchased on 02 December 2013, the 10,000 shares purchased on 03 December 2013, the 10,000 shares purchased on 05 December 2013, the 10,000 shares purchased on 06 December 2013, the 10,000 shares purchased on 16 December 2013, the 10,000 shares purchased on 17 December 2013, the 30,000 shares purchased on 19 December 2013, the 27,000 shares purchased on 20 December 2013, the 25,000 shares purchased on 23 December 2013, the 8,646 shares purchased on 27 December 2013, the 10,000 shares purchased on 30 December 2013 and the 20,736 shares purchased on 31 December 2013, have been cancelled in accordance with the Company's treasury share policy published on 15 August 2010. Following the cancellation, the Company now holds 1,294,661 shares in treasury.

The Company's issued share capital comprises 154,763,513 ordinary shares with voting rights with a further 1,294,661 shares held in treasury.

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company's total number of shares with voting rights therefore remains unchanged at 154,763,513.
