QATAR INVESTMENT FUND PLC

TREASURY SHARES - CANCELLATION

Qatar Investment Fund plc (the "Company") announces that the 40,000 shares purchased on 15 April 2015, the 40,000 shares purchased on 16 April 2015, the 20,000 shares purchased on 22 April 2015, the 30,000 shares purchased on 23 April 2015, the 20,000 shares purchased on 28 April 2015, the 20,000 shares purchased on 29 April 2015, and the 40,000 shares purchased on 30 April 2015 have been cancelled in accordance with the Company's treasury share policy published on 15 August 2010. Following the cancellation, the Company now holds 1,896,673 shares in treasury.

The Company's issued share capital comprises 117,544,402 ordinary shares with voting rights with a further 1,896,673 shares held in treasury.

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company's total number of shares with voting rights therefore remains unchanged at 117,544,402
