TREASURY SHARES - CANCELLATION

Qatar Investment Fund plc (the "Company") announces that the 15,000 shares purchased on 01 October 2015, the 12,000 shares purchased on 02 October 2015, the 12,000 shares purchased on 05 October 2015, the 15,000 shares purchased on 06 October 2015, the 12,000 shares purchased on 07 October 2015, the 20,000 shares purchased on 08 October 2015, the 10,000 shares purchased on 09 October 2015, the 25,000 shares purchased on 22 October 2015, the 10,000 shares purchased on 23 October, the 10,000 shares purchased on 26 October 2015, the 15,000 shares purchased on 27 October 2015, and the 23,000 shares purchased on 28 October 2015 have been cancelled in accordance with the Company's treasury share policy published on 15 August 2010. Following the cancellation, the Company now holds 1,631,671 shares in treasury.

The Company's issued share capital comprises 117,046,206 ordinary shares with voting rights with a further 1,631,671 shares held in treasury.

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company's total number of shares with voting rights therefore remains unchanged at 117,046,206.
