TREASURY SHARES - CANCELLATION

Qatar Investment Fund plc (the "Company") announces that the 15,000 shares purchased on 01 September 2015, the 12,000 shares purchased on 02 September 2015, the 25,000 shares purchased on 03 September 2015, the 12,000 shares purchased on 04 September 2015, the 10,000 shares purchased on 07 September 2015, the 20,000 shares purchased on 09 September 2015, the 10,000 shares purchased on 10 September 2015, the 10,000 shares purchased on 11 September 2015, the 10,000 shares purchased on 15 September, the 10,000 shares purchased on 16 September 2015, the 35,000 shares purchased on 17 September 2015, the 10,000 shares purchased on 18 September 2015, the 12,000 shares purchased on 22 September 2015, the 12,000 shares purchased on 23 September 2015, the 20,000 Shares purchased on the 24 September 2016, the 12,000 shares purchased on 28 September 2015, the 12,000 shares purchased on 29 September 2015 and the 12,000 shares purchased on 30 September 2015 have been cancelled in accordance with the Company's treasury share policy published on 15 August 2010. Following the cancellation, the Company now holds 1,810,671 shares in treasury.

The Company's issued share capital comprises 117,046,206 ordinary shares with voting rights with a further 1,810,671 shares held in treasury.

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company's total number of shares with voting rights therefore remains unchanged at 117,046,206.
