Further re dividend
On 11 September 2013, QIF announced a final dividend of 3.2 cents per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 30 June 2013, payable after the proposed tender offer. This was approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 4 November 2012.
The dividend will be paid on 31 January 2014 to ordinary shareholders on the register as at 27 December 2013 (the "Record Date"). The corresponding ex-dividend date will be 23 December 2013.
