Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that its Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements (the "Annual Report") for the year ended 30 June 2015 has been posted to shareholders today.

The posting also contains a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at Galileo Fund Services Limited, Millennium House, 46 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1JB on Thursday 12 November 2015 at 11.00 a.m.

A copy of the Annual Report has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and is available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm and is available for download from the Company's website www.qatarinvestmentfund.com/publications the Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy will be available shortly.
