The following replaces the treasury share cancellation announcement dated 30 May 2013 at 11:49 under RNS 8986F which incorrectly stated both the number of shares held in treasury and the number of shares with voting rights following the cancellation.

TREASURY SHARES - CANCELLATION

Qatar Investment Fund plc (the "Company") announces that the 20,000 shares purchased on 30 May 2012 have been cancelled in accordance with the Company's treasury share policy published on 15 July 2010. Following the cancellation, the Company now holds 9,117,968 shares in treasury.

The Company's issued share capital comprises 176,715,929 ordinary shares with voting rights with a further 9,117,968 shares held in treasury.

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company's total number of shares with voting rights therefore remains unchanged at 176,715,929.
