TREASURY SHARES - CANCELLATION

Qatar Investment Fund plc (the "Company") announces that the 10,000 shares purchased on 04 August 2015, the 20,000 shares purchased on 06 August 2015, the 5,000 shares purchased on 07 August 2015, the 10,000 shares purchased on 10 August 2015, the 10,000 shares purchased on 12 August 2015, the 15,000 shares purchased on 13 August 2015, the 10,000 shares purchased on 17 August 2015, the 10,000 shares purchased on 19 August 2015, the 10,000 shares purchased on 20 August 2015, the 10,000 shares purchased on 21 August 2015, the 10,000 shares purchased on 24 August 2015, the 10,000 shares purchased on 25 August 2015, the 10,000 shares purchased on 26 August 2015, the 10,000 shares purchased on 27 August 2015 and the 10,000 shares purchased on 28 August 2015 have been cancelled in accordance with the Company's treasury share policy published on 15 August 2010. Following the cancellation, the Company now holds 1,963,797 shares in treasury.

The Company's issued share capital comprises 117,152,080 ordinary shares with voting rights with a further 1,963,797 shares held in treasury.

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company's total number of shares with voting rights therefore remains unchanged at 117,152,080.
