Grant of Share Options
Gulf Keystone announces that on 27 October 2011 options to acquire 250,000 common shares in the capital of the Company at a price of £1.4625 were granted under Gulf Keystone's Share Option Plan to General the Lord Guthrie of Craigiebank, who recently joined the Company as a Non-Executive Director.
These options can be exercised at any point from October 2014 until expiry in October 2021.
