Notification of Holding


The Company was notified on 18 July 2006 that following a purchase of 50,000
ordinary shares of 5.714p in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 17 July at 100p
each, Hamilton Capital Partners Limited has a notifiable interest in the issued
share capital of the Company, being 2,843,750 Ordinary Shares (equalling 3.04
per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company of 93,481,250).
