Halfords Group plc (the 'Company')
NOTIFICATION OF DEALINGS IN SHARES OF HALFORDS GROUP PLC
The Company received notification today that:
(1) CVC European Equity Partners II L.P. sold 3,231,383 ordinary shares in the
Company, and is now interested in 9,580,322 shares;
(2) CVC European Equity Partners III L.P. sold 4,758,931 ordinary shares in the
Company, and is now interested in 14,109,158 shares; and
(3) in step with the disposals by CVC funds, 84,879 ordinary shares in the
Company have been sold on behalf of Jonathan Feuer, a director of the
Company, who is now interested in 251,649 shares.
All of the above disposals were at a price of 311.5p. The registered holder of
all of the shares to which this notification relates is Merrill Lynch Nominees
Limited.
The number of shares in which the above interests are such interests as
mentioned in section 208(5) of the Companies Act 1985 (transferred on terms
which give the transferor the right to require the return of an equivalent
number of shares) is nil.
