                     NOTICE OF  INTERIM RESULTS  AND DIVIDEND


The Directors of Halma p.l.c. will hold a meeting on 6 December 2005 to approve
the accounts for the 26 weeks to 1 October 2005 and to declare the interim
dividend for the year to 1 April 2006.

The Company's interim results will be released on Tuesday 6 December 2005.
