Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them

On 4 April 2017, Hansa Trust PLC (the "Company") was notified that Helen Cooper and Conyers Trust Company (Bermuda) Limited (previously known as Codan Trust Company Limited) persons closely associated with William Salomon, Director of the Company, had disposed of all of their interest in the share capital of the Company and that William Salomon had received an indirect interest in 2,069,425 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares").  The transaction took place as a result of the re-organisation of William Salomon's family's trust and he has at all relevant times held, and continues to hold, a beneficial interest in all of the Shares.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
