                        Notification of Interim Results

Holidaybreak, the UK's leading operator of specialist holiday businesses, (LSE:
HBR.L) today said that its interim results for the six months ended 31 March
2005 will be announced on Wednesday 18th May, 2005.

A presentation for financial analysts will be held at Brunswick, 16 Lincoln's 
Inn Fields, London, WC2A 3ED at 9.15am for 9.30am on Wednesday 18th May, 2005.
