RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
The Company announces the resignation on April 11 of Jim Murray-Smith, its Chief
Executive Officer. Robert Goddard, the current chairman of Hardide plc will
assume the role of executive chairman until a suitable replacement for Mr Murray
Smith is found. The process of identifying suitable candidates for a full time
chief executive role has begun.
Jim leaves the company with our best wishes for the future and our thanks for
the major part he played in turning an infant technology into a valuable and
commercially viable product with a wide range of potential applications. At the
same time, he has been responsible for recruiting to the company a large number
of committed and talented individuals.
With regard to the suspension of the shares, the board continues to review the
financial outlook of the Company and intends to issue a further statement
shortly.
