Notice of AGM

Hardide plc (AIM:HDD), the provider of unique surface engineering technology, announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.30am on 17 March 2009 at Unit 11, Wedgwood Road, Bicester, Oxon. 

The Notice of AGM includes a resolution to adopt new articles of association in order to update the Company's current articles of association, primarily to take advantage of certain provisions in the Companies Act 2006. 

The Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy were sent to shareholders today and electronic copies are available on the Company's website http://www.hardide.com/.
