Hardide (AIM: HDD), the provider of advanced surface coating technology,  notes the recent rise in its share price and confirms that it knows of no reason for such an increase.

The Company is in discussions regarding potential new supply agreements with various parties but none of these is likely to cause the Company's performance for the current financial year to exceed expectations.
