Allotment of Shares and Director's Shareholding
The Board is pleased to announce that in accordance with the terms of the offer
for subscription dated 10 September 2004 (the 'Offer'), a final allotment of
1,285,790 ordinary shares of 1 pence each was made on 11 May 2005 at 100 pence
per share.
Included in this final allotment is 25,000 shares to Stewart Ford, a
non-executive director of the company. Following this allotment, Stewart Ford
is interested in a total of 25,000 shares, representing 0.17% of the company's
issued share capital.
Application has been made for the admission of the 1,285,790 ordinary shares to
the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock
Exchange plc's market for listed securities.
The Offer has now been closed with a total of 14,337,731 ordinary shares
allotted.
