On 1^st June 2012, the Company received notification that Mr Dharmash Mistry, a Non-Executive Director, bought a total of 5,308 Hargreaves Lansdown PLC 0.4p ordinary shares at a price of 468.50 pence per share.  

The total number of ordinary shares purchased represents 0.0011% of the ordinary shares in issue.

Mr Mistry's resultant shareholding is 5,308 ordinary shares which represents 0.0011% of issued share capital.    

Hargreaves Lansdown (Nominees) Limited is the registered shareholder as nominee for the above PDMR.  The transaction took place in Bristol on 1^st June 2012.
