Hargreaves Services plc announces that on 24 October 2017, John Burks, Managing Director, Coal Production & Distribution, exercised options over 9,563 ordinary shares in Hargreaves Services plc at a price of nil pence per share.  These options were granted under the Company's 2014 Deferred Share Bonus Scheme.  These shares were immediately sold at £3.48 per ordinary share.
