Notification pursuant to AIM Rule 17 comprising a notification relating to a relevant change by a significant shareholder in the Group.

The Company was notified on 29 January 2021 that Artemis Investment Management LLP ("Artemis") now holds in aggregate 1,702,165 ordinary shares in the Company, being 5.27% of the total voting rights, ( including 906,775 ordinary shares ( 2.81 %) in respect of which Artemis themselves control the voting rights) .
