Further to the Company's recent announcement regarding the appointment of Sir Jonathon Band as Non-Executive Director, the Company is delighted to announce that Sir Jonathon will be appointed to the board of the Group on 1 September 2021.

The following information is disclosed pursuant to Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

Sir Jonathon Band, aged 71, is currently or has previously been a director of the following companies during the five years preceding the date of this announcement:
