Harworth Group plc Save As You Earn Scheme ("SAYE")

The Company announces that on 25 June 2020, having issued invitations to all eligible employees to participate in the SAYE, share options were granted to applicants including those individuals noted below, with an exercise price of £0.739.  Further information on the SAYE can be found in the Company's Directors' Remuneration Report in its annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2019.
