S&P Haven Funding PLC Structurally Enhanced Bond Rating Lowered To 'BBB+' From 'A-'

LONDON(S&P Global Ratings) June 27, 2023 - S&P Global Ratings lowered its issue rating to 'BBB+' from 'A-' on the senior secured, structurally enhanced bond issued by U.K. social housing funding vehicle Haven Funding PLC. The outstanding amount on this bond as of March 31, 2023 amounts to £123.6 million, due 2037.
