Board Appointment

TLA Worldwide plc (AIM: TLA), the full-service sports marketing and management company is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Wilson, 51, as an Executive Director on the Board with immediate effect.

As a former Chairman of Watford Football Club and a founder investor in Grove Life, the athlete concierge service, TLA will benefit from Andrew's extensive sports and entertainment experience.

Andrew is currently a Non-Executive Director of Impellam Group plc, Dods plc, GHP AB, WeAre2020 plc, Restore plc, SUSD Asset Management (Holdings) Limited, Shellproof Limited and Shellshock Limited. He is also a Non-Executive Director of a number of private companies, including Artefact Partners Limited, LT Pub Management Limited and Pluto Capital Limited. 

Andrew replaces Peter Moore, who today steps down from the Board to focus on his recent promotion to Chief Operating Officer at Electronic Arts Inc., a leading global interactive entertainment software company, with an $5.72 Billion market capitalisation.  Peter will remain actively involved with the Company as a strategic adviser.
