Haydale (AIM:HAYD), the global advanced materials group, announces that as detailed in the Company's Fundraising announcement on 15 September 2023, the following Directors of the Company have acquired in aggregate 8,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at the Issue Price of 0.5 pence per share:

Total Voting Rights

As Admission has now taken place for all of the New Ordinary Shares to be issued pursuant to the Fundraising, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is now 1,798,462,051 with the Company holding no Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights is also 1,798,462,051. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
