Headlam Group plc - DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST IN SHARES
Headlam Group plc announces that on Friday 23 August 2002, it received
notification that Fidelity International Limited (FIL) and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries, being non-beneficial holders, now have a notifiable
interest in 3,349,362 ordinary voting shares of 5p each of the Company. This
represents 3.98 per cent of the issued share capital of Headlam Group plc.
