Appointment of Finance Director
HUW is pleased to announce the appointment of Arthur Manners as Finance Director of the Company with immediate effect. Mr Manners has over 20 years' experience in the insurance industry and has, since June 2015, been acting as a consultant to the Company. The role at HUW will be part-time and he is also Finance Director and Compliance Officer for insurance consultancy Total Risk Solutions (London) Limited, Non-executive Director of Gemini Insurance Brokers (Hong Kong) Limited and Chairman of the Trustees of Beazley Furlonge Pension Scheme. Prior to holding these positions, Mr. Manners was on the senior management team (including acting as Finance Director and Group Company Secretary) at London Stock Exchange listed insurer Beazley Group plc. Mr. Manners is a Chartered Accountant.
