HENDERSON DIVERSIFIED INCOME LIMITED

Fifth Interim Dividend

The directors have declared a fifth interim dividend of 2.00p (two pence) per ordinary share in respect of the period ended 31 October 2008. This compares favourably with the forecast of not less that 1.5p in the interim report for the half year ended 30 April 2008. 

The dividend will be paid on 31 December 2008 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on 12 December 2008. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 10 December 2008.
