Second Interim Dividend

The directors have declared a second interim dividend of 1.25p per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 October 2009. The dividend will be paid on 30 June 2009 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on 12 June 2009. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 10 June 2009.
