The Company announces the allotment of 500,000 Ordinary Shares at 92.25p per share on 18 June 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 17 June 2014 was 89.70p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 23 June 2014. As at 23 June 2014 the issued share capital will be 133,481,726 and the number of voting rights will be 133,481,726.
