The Company announces the allotment of 500,000 Ordinary Shares at 93.25p on 09 April 2015, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 08 April 2015 was 91.00p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 13 April 2015. As at 13 April 2015, the issued share capital will be 158,428,240 and the number of voting rights will be 158,428,240.
