The Company announces the allotment of 500,000 Ordinary Shares at 91.0p per share on 8 October 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 7 October 2014 was 88.6p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 10 October 2014. As at 10 October 2014 the issued share capital will be 138,831,726 and the number of voting rights will be 138,831,726.
