The Company announces the allotment of 500,000 Ordinary Shares at 90.125p on 3 November 2015, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 2 November 2015 was 88.10p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 5 November 2015. As at 5 November 2015 the issued share capital will be 165,018,240 and the number of voting rights will be 165,018,240.
